You have found a good piece of land and decide to buy it from the person (Mr. Taro) who lives on the land.

After checking the property registration information, you find that the land is registered in the name of Taro’s great-grandmother.

Taro’s great-grandfather, great-grandmother, grandfather, grandmother, and parents were deceased.

In order to buy the land from Mr. Taro, the land must be registered in Taro’s name.

Taro’s great-grandfather died before his great-grandmother died.

Therefore, the land owned by Taro’s great-grandmother was inherited by her children (Including Taro’s grandfather).

If Taro’s grandfather had several brothers and sisters, they would inherit jointly.

Suppose Taro’s grandfather had a younger brother, Mr. A, a younger sister, Ms. B, and a younger sister, Ms. C.

So when Taro’s great-grandmother died in 1991, Taro’s grandfather, Mr. A, his sister Ms. B, and his sister Ms. C inherited the property jointly.

The inherited interests were 25% each.

So, the property was inherited by Taro’s father, father’s brother (Mr. J), Mr. D, Mr. E, Mr. Mr. F, Mr. G, Mr. H and Mr. I.

In order to buy this real estate from Mr. Taro, you must first change this real estate into Taro’s name.

To do so, the seller (Mr. Taro), Taro’s brother, Mr. JJ, Mr. DD, Mr. EE, Mr. FF, Mr. GG, Mr. HH, and Mr. I I need to determine that current owner of this real estate is Mr. Taro. (This discussion is called a “property division conference.”)
