There are two types of fire prevention manager ( Bouka kanrisha ) license.
Total room area of your restaurant is more than 300 ㎡→ kou (甲) shu fire prevention manager= Upper fire prevention manager
Total room area of your restaurant is less than 300 ㎡→ otsu (乙) shu fire prevention manager= Lower fire prevention manager.
Lecture seminar is necessary
In order to become a fire prevention manager ( Bouka kanrisha ), you need to take a lecture conducted by association or authority concerned.

In the case of Kou shu license, you can obtain this license within two days.
In the case of Otsu shu license, you can obtain this license within one days.
