She purchased 4 small detached houses (house number 1, 2, 3, 4) in Japan this year.
She wants to rent it out via airbnb website.
She wanted to advertise her real estates in website of airbnb.
In order to list her real estates in its website, she needs to obtain hotel license or acquire Minpaku registration number.
She is not living in Japan. But when she stays in house number 4, she will accommodate guest for house 1,2,3.
This area is famous for ski area. So, she thinks she can find enough customers during winter in Japan.

If she could stay in house 1 with her guest always, she did not need to install fire prevention facilities though, she could not do that.
So, she needed to install it to house 1,2, 3.
I contacted a company that could install fire prevention facilities for her real estates.
In order that he makes estimate, he visited her real estates.
She has a friend in this area. So, her friend and a person of fire prevention facility company visited her real estates.
He made a estimate. It costs 170,000 yen per a house.
He needed to conduct electrical wire construction, automatic fire alarm, emergency exit light.
