Demerit of property of impossible to rebuild

Basically, you can not use the real estate as collateral when you purchase other real estate. When you sell the real estate, next owner can not use loan to purchase it. So, you need to find buyer who has enough cash.

Japan Land Law in rural area

In the case a land is located in rural area, the land may be surrounded by wide land. So, abovementioned regulation shall not be applied. You can purchase a wide land in rural area and establish a house and operate Inn business in Japan.
