If there is not any sales amount, it means your business does not have any substance and it should be difficult to extend your status of residence in Japan.
Valid period of status of residence as business manager
In the case you have applied for status of residence for the first time, valid period of your status of residence will be for four months or one year.
So, you need to take necessary process after four months or one year.
