How to hire a technical intern ( Gino jisshu sei ) or trainee ( Kenshu sei ) in your organization in Japan.

In the case you are managing your company in Japan and want to invite technical intern or trainee from overseas, you need to know necessary legal information.

Japanese government think that if organizations in Japan invite technical intern ( Gino jisshu sei ) or trainee ( Kenshu sei ) from developing country and they provide technical skills, technology, knowledge, when technical intern ( Gino jisshu sei ) or trainee ( Kenshu sei ) return to their home country, former technical intern ( Gino jisshu sei ) or trainee ( Kenshu sei ) can lead development of their home country and can become foundation of their home country.

So, there is a system of technical Intern training Program.

In the case a person participates in Technical Intern Training Program in Japan, they can learn several kind of skills.

In order to engage in this activity, they can stay in Japan at most three years.

There are 2 types of technical Intern training Program in Japan.

1 In the case Supervising Organization invite technical intern or trainee, they participate in lecture lesson and other matters.

One year after their commencement of training, they need to pass test.

And if they can pass the test, they can stay in Japan for another 2 years.

2  In the case Individual Enterprise ( For example a company in Japan ) invite technical Intern, technical Intern also need to take lecture lesson.

And One year after their commencement of training, they need to pass test.

And if they can pass the test, they can stay in Japan for another 2 years.
